Uninstalling outlook 2010 completely




















Well, that did not work like I thought it would. I ran the easy fix tool from my local account and noticed that office documents still showed the office file association icons. I ran it again from the hidden administrator account and the icons then showed no associations. I double checked it my going thru the manual process and found none of the files left on the C: drive, nor in the registry, except for the normal.

Not Control Panel, not Fixit, not nothing. MS had no real answer, all of their advice pertained only to older versions of Windows not 10 and were not helpful at all. I did have trouble with accessing the permissions for the script to change my registry. I am not a VB programmer so had no idea where to insert the above added little script to the one provided here. Worked like a charm!!

The OfficeScrubber4 was awesome! When I ran the program, it scared the hell out of me to see all the junk that was deleted. Obviously, it all had to do with Office When it finished, I downloaded Office with no issues. After fighting with the installation issue for several years, what a relief!
