Windows 7 loses network connection




















We haven't heard from you a few days, so Or still having a headace? Sorry for the relative silence I was on with MS support for hours last week chasing shadows and was out of the office yesterday and didn't quite want to post yet on monday just in case it wasn't fixed , but YES, the issue has been fixed.

After using MS Network Monitor and some other tools to monitor some packets during down times, found some stopping at a particular MAC address. Had some trouble finding the address, though, wasn't any of our switches, servers, workstations, etc. A phone?! Yes, a phone. This corresponds to how it seemed like we had no problems when there weren't many people here, because he usually comes in and leaves with the crowd.

I forgot our network on his phone and we haven't had a single problem this week. I don't yet understand why that was causing crazy rippling problems to only Windows 7 machines across our whole network but Thank you all for your suggestions once again!
